About Me

Briana Huber with her family

Briana Huber

CFT Practitioner · PTA

Hi, I’m Briana (Bri) Huber. I’m an Arizona native, a Christian, married to my high school sweetheart, and a proud mom of three. My faith and my family are the foundation of who I am and shape how I serve my clients—with compassion, integrity, and care.

Background

I earned my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Arizona State University in 2017 and became a board-certified Physical Therapist Assistant in 2021. I’ve worked in outpatient orthopedic clinics since high school and later gained experience in a busy inpatient neurological setting. Those years deepened my understanding of the body and my passion for finding the root cause of symptoms—not just treating them.

My path to CFT

My path to Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) was personal. After the birth of my children, I faced feeding challenges with one of my babies and was introduced to this work through my lactation consultant. I watched my baby shift from a heightened fight-or-flight state into deep relaxation—and feeding improved dramatically. That transformation wasn’t just a relief; it was a calling. I went on to complete the Gillespie Approach® training, including both Foundations and Infant coursework, and for the past several years I’ve been practicing CFT full-time, with a focus on gentle, precise techniques that support the nervous system and release fascial restrictions.

My heart for families

As a mom, I know how overwhelming it can feel when your baby is struggling with feeding, head shape concerns, oral restrictions, colic, or digestive discomfort. My goal is to provide thoughtful, effective care that supports not only your baby’s development but the wellbeing of your whole family. I also work with adults who have been living with chronic pain or unresolved injuries, addressing fascial restrictions and nervous system imbalances to help them move toward greater comfort and wellness.

I believe the body is designed to heal when given the right support. It’s truly an honor to walk alongside families and individuals on their healing journey.

“Empowering families on their healing journey by providing gentle, precise fascial support that calms the nervous system and fosters optimal development from the very beginning.”
